I want to get my car (which is in PA) title transfer done in WA. I don’t want to travel due to pandemic and just for title transfer. Is there a way I can do it remotely?

No. And you need a Washington DL before you can register a car here.

Title transfer is in-person only i believe. But I would call and ask.
