My trainer Debra has been awesome with the changes and flex in my schedule. I have been flexible in the changes in her's. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy on sessions too, if you need to cancel.
Hi Jonathan! It all depends on the trainer's available schedule. We always do our best to accommodate client schedule changes. Feel free to come in and speak with our training staff!
They are awesome! I've NEVER received such helpful advice, and professional assistance in this field (15+ years). Of course, if they have other clients, they can't bump the other person's schedule, but they almost always, have a trainer available. Just be ready to put in WORK!
