This would be something you'd probably want to report to a manager. Even if they're having a bad day, thays not a reason to be rude to a customer.
Maybe it was warranted

For the other side of the spectrum, my visiting friend from AZ had her suitcase break upon arrival. We went to Redmond Target to see if if we could replace it, but for the strangest reason there were NO salespeople on the floor, anywhere. Only one checkout line, about 15 people deep.We walked across the parking lot to Kohls, found two checkout registers open, and one of them was so sweet. Since it was higher priced than she could afford, the salesclerk was so sweet and opened an account for her, so she could pay for the whole thing, instead of me helping pay for it. I was so impressed with her patience that I asked her to help me open an account too. This is the type of store I would like to do my Xmas shopping in. Hopefully, both ladies will be there this weekend, if I go early enuf.
I found some store helpers very well behaved and helpful but I found the store manager K***na to be really rude.
Kohl's is not that great and they act like it's a high end store. ....The cashier's are rude and think that there too good. ..It's sad. ...It's not a high end store and everything is over priced. ..Just my opinion. ..!!
Someone's the customers can be really rude or overly demanding and that changes the attitudes of the cashiers. For the most part, I have had great experiences with the cashiers.
I've always had great experiences; when I've treated them well, I've been treated well in return.
I always had a pleasant experience at Kohls. You may want to report as I don't want the experience to become unpleasant
