How long have I been getting my hair cut at Headquarters in Redmond? I've lost track, a couple years at least, and will continue because the owner, Pei, is so fine at her skilled profession. My hair is a challenge because it has an uneven natural wave, but she always makes it look the best that anyone ever has. I have the highest praise for her and her work and recommend her without hesitation.

I had an excellent experience with Pei and Headquarters Salon. Pei was able to work within my tight schedule to lighten my hair on the same day I left for vacation. Not only did she do a fabulous job with the lightening, but she went above and beyond - working on her own time - to color my hair a beautiful seafoam green! We spent a lot of time together, and Pei was personable and fun to be with. I highly recommend Headquarters Hair & Beauty Salon, and I will definitely return there for my future styling needs.

Pay , the lady who owns the place is super nice and cares for the customer. I didn’t get the color I wanted at first but she over stayed after 8pm and fixed the color for me. She really cares for her customer satisfaction.

I had a haircut and partial highlight with Pei, and I absolutely love how everything turned out! Pei was so patient with me throughout the process, and gave me great suggestions on what color and style to pick. My hair is really thick and difficult to color, but Pei was so focused throughout the appointment, and carefully applied each foil. She was able to successfully color and thin out my hair as I had wanted! I would absolutely recommend this salon and Pei!
