Absolutely not. You must only load one round at a time.
No way. Unless maybe if you were a member with special permission and you could keep all thirty in the black and there on off hours or when it's not busy
Single round. If you are sighting in you may ask the range master if you can load more and they will usually let you load 3 or so.

Very strict safety measures here. 1 round loaded at a time, except for .22, you can load 5
The Issaquah range allows more than one round, but there's alot of morons that go there that ask to shoot your firearms. Very annoying. I like Kenmore cause I save alot of money on .223 and 5.56. And the employees take safety seriously. You could always go out to the woods where shooting is allowed, most spots are empty if you go on crappy days.
