Staff is very friendly and tries their very best. The main problem is at meal times. It is very disorganized and long. It takes 2-3 hrs to get from sitting down to being finished. People leave before they have even eaten because they get tired of waiting. They need to get it more organized and efficient.

I have been a resident since 10/27/18. I moved in and found the staff to be open and friendly. I have had a lot of fun getting to know the residents. An open mind and a willingness to make this place my new home and the residents as my new family members has been great fun and very beneficial to me. The Directors and Managers all care about us all here and make each day better and better. I love being able to be a part of the future of this place. Thanks to all for a bright future!!

My Mom lives here and she loves her apartment. However, the food is terrible and not a healthy diet at all. They serve pasta almost everyday. Last week they had pasta with shrimp, my Mom got one, yes one shrimp and her friend got two. Most of the time no vegetables are served and if they are it might be two tablespoons worth. My Mom is not a big eater, but she rarely gets enough to eat. For the monthly cost these residents should be served well-balanced, healthy and good meals. The new director (I think this is the third or fourth one in 2 1/2 years) is the worst one yet. The place pretty much has no one running it. I am actually considering turning them in to the authorities for neglect. They also do a terrible job cleaning the apartments.

We have been so fortunate to find North Creek by Bonaventure Bothell in our time of need. We visited nearly every Sr Assisted Living Care facility with memory care within a 25 mile radios and from the very start North Creek stood out and set the bar for what we were looking for. I can tell you that without a doubt, this was one of the nicest facilities, but more than that, the residents and the staff all looked you in the eye and were bright eyed and full of life and spirit. How often do you see this at a Sr. Living facility. I am 100% certain that this all flows down from the amazing executive director of the facility- Jessica Lane. Jessica has to be one of the most caring and loving people I have ever met. She immediately made us feel like family and valued us, understood us, and helped us through an incredibly difficult time. I personally would not have made it through this search and move without her. Everything at North Creek is full of life and vitality thanks to Jessica. We are blessed to be able to move my father here and that they had an opening. If you need a place for a Sr loved one.... you could not do any better than North Creek by Bonaventure. You owe it to yourself and to your loved one to check this place out. 5 stars all the way from the first moment!

The room are large including bathrooms and storage within apt. 5' walk in showers. Kitchenette in memory care, as stoves are unnecessary. Full size refrigerator.
We encourage our residents to stay active and do the things they enjoy! Our raised garden beds allow those thumbs to stay green, our library encourages reading, enjoy games and friendly competition with fellow residents in our hospitality area or billiard room.
Yes! Whether you are going to the symphony or the supermarket, we are here for you. Every community has regular weekly trips to the grocery store so you can pick up whatever you like. Our residents can also schedule transportation to get where they need to go—the doctor’s office, the airport, or a family get-together—without worry.
