The people that work here are ok, but the drivers are the worst. USPS actively lies about delivery confirmation. Wrong address deliveries constantly or delivery confirmation scans with no delivery. I can’t wait until the mail delivery system is all privatized.

I've tried twice now to have my mail held for vacation. The first time when it was due to resume they delivered it to the wrong person; luckily it was someone who knew me so I got it. This most recent time it was not delivered on the resume date and when I went to the post office they couldn't find it. I was told to talk to a supervisor but there was no supervisor in the building so I was given a number to call. Every time I've tried to call the number it says stay on the line for the operator, rings a bunch of times and then goes to a busy signal. I wish we had a choice about which post office to use, because using this office is painful.

Driver brought a certified letter to my work, never got out to get a signature just dropped the paper in the mailbox saying nobody was available to sign, have this joker on camera and my boss verified this clown never even attempted to get a signature, get better employees, in my line of work that's what we call "FIRED". Trash service.
