My mom has been waiting for type 1 diabetes pump since early May. She hasn’t heard anything from the company. Every time she calls she gets transferred to other departments and no one can give an answer as to why her pump Is still pending. She was assigned a person to help with her case, Logan McNeil, and he has not once returned her phone call. She was then given the number to the lead supervisor, Joshua hackon, who proceeded to tell her that he called her doctor to confirm the order. She called her doctors office to verify, her doctor wasn’t even in that day, and the on call nurse said she did NOT receive a call from Joshua. Lie after lie. Now my mom was given a different name, Melissa B, who by the way does not have a phone number, she can only be reached by email. My mom has yet to resolve this issue. This company is fraudulent, I read that they bill insurance for supplies that’s patients never receive. Be careful. If you can go else where.

Another one star review for Byram. Wasn't too hard getting set up and an order placed but they can't seem to manage a fax system. They keep saying they haven't got my prescription yet. I confirmed it with my ostomy nurse and she showed me the fax confirmation that the other side received it. Liberator medical is a better choice by far. They have a voice line the Dr can call for first order while all the faxing goes on. When I called Byram to cancel the order, the lady was super fast and quickly asked if I wanted to close my account. Yes of course. Thank you and click. She was sure happy to get off the phone. Byram, you should try to help your customers, not be a barrier. At no point did anyone offer to help or fix anything about the issue. You had a few chances to save a customer but the lack of customer service cost you a customer and another bad review. Take care and I hope others find this review helpful. Tom

This is the fist time a see a company play with the health of someone, when they are supposed to help you. I have order several times my supplies for my pump, first they are selecting the wrong physician to get an authorization, they don't contact the patients to offered options or to clarity order, they cancel your orders without asking. They over request products to insurance that you don't get, this is a warning if I end in the Hospital because of your negligence I will take action

This company proved unreliable for ordering my Diabetic supplies. Additionally, their online interface is abysmal and phone wait times were never less than 15 minutes . If you have an option to use a different medical supplier, choose anyone other than Byram.
