I remember when Lakeshore clinic was not part of Evergreen Hospital now that they are…they are not the same clinic they used to be and their prices have skyrocketed for care! I will be looking for any other clinic then go with anything that is related to Evergreen Hospital! Here’s a perfect example…I had a skin punch taken for an evaluation of melanoma. Now this was over the Covid period when business for the clinics dropped for any non-urgent issues, the main emphasis of course was on dealing with Covid so they lost their typical clinic walk-in business. Anyway, they sent my tissue for evaluation to another facility that was seen a drop in business due to everyone staying away from clinics. They did the analysis and said they didn’t find anything but decided to forward further testing without even discussing this with me to yet another lab in CA. I paid for the lab work here and then months later I get hit by another lab work bill of several hundreds of dollars from California!?!? It was at this point in time that I learned they sent it off for a second opinion without notifying me or my doctor and this is a chosen evergreen lab now Lakeshore clinic has to use! I thought it was done with all of that only to be hit by yet another lab facility which California utilized as well! Isn’t it amazing that they can do all of this without your even knowing? I never had that problem until this facility was annexed into Evergreen healthcare!

I can say enough great things about the service from my primary physician. Highly professional and attentive, great listener and sincere. The 2 stars score is due to a very negative experience with incompetent doctors that practice here. "Inability to perform medical care and use good judgment has affected my life long term. I have also experienced a few challenges with checking staff and the physician I saw on my most recent visit". My primary physician is booked far out on the calendar due to her great service and I had no choice but to see some else. I will seek care elsewhere when my primary physician is not available for urgent visits.

Do not go here. Suffice to say I have a plethora of medical issues since I was 2yrs old. A couple times I've been assured incorrect info such as the appointment being via phone would work, or the duration of the appt was fine - BUT IT WAS NOT. Several times their schedulers were rude about me being on bluetooth because I was driving, or hung up on me after putting me on hold until they closed. I did complain, nothing happened. I've also seen many of their doctors, despite my extensive records on certain issues I've had my whole life- none of their doctors agreed I'd be a candidate for surgery. All it took was one doctor from ANOTHER EVERGREEN facility that wholeheartedly agreed with my stance and did not once ask HOW MY SPOUSE FELT. MY NEW DOCTOR MADE IT ABOUT ME! This facility also did not go over my lab results most of the time, so I was unaware of certain issues (which are normal due to the disorder I have that is the reason I'm a PERFECT CANDIDATE FOR THE MINIMALLY INVASIVE SURGERY I ASKED FOR). They were more concerned about my spouse's feelings on a surgery that would lower my risks due to the amount of time they've left me on certain meds to treat a condition they're FULLY I will have to continue meds for - for the next 30yrs. They do not advocate for your health anywhere near as much as a doctor should. Multiple doctors here disagreed despite the fact without the meds they've left me on will leave me in the ER again and again as it has done before. It only took going to ONE doctor at ANOTHER LOCATION to agree with me. Why? They looked at my record, the number of meds I'm on for one issue a minimally invasive surgery could resolve. I've been fighting them for 10yrs when I could've just gone somewhere else!!!!!! A doctor should not care about your bf's feelings more than your risks AND YOUR OPINION! Best part is my new doctor looked at my chart and was like "wow". She was concerned about the way the doctors at Lakeshore handled my disorders. I had given up hope at finding a doctor to help me, so I only told her "yeah. I asked for a permanent solution, but no one will help me for my age and because my 3 meds work even though the risks are severely increased since I've been on them for 2-3times longer than the manufacturer recommends". She asked what surgery I asked for, and offered the most invasive one first- i told her no I just want the minimally invasive one. She was SURPRISED when I told her everything they've said to me whenever I've asked- and the number of doctors- and she asked if they knew about my ER visits she found on my chart since I was a teenager- yep of course cuz I went to Evergreen and Lakeshore almost exclusively since I was 16. I've been asking for 10 yrs, symptoms landing me in the ER for 13yrs. So AGAIN- do not go to Lakeshore. They don't care, they just want to leave at the end of the day.

I recently got some blood drawn from the Lakeshore Clinic as they have treated me for general aches, pains, scratches, and colds in the past. The official form that I provided them was from my specialist physician and was common for this test. I chose them because they know me and I have seen them before. For some reason, they never provided my requesting physician with the results he had requested. When they called they called to make a formal request, the Lakeshore Clinic was very rude and short with them on providing them the results. I know because I heard it. Finally, when I got on the line, the front office and Dr. Wilson's assistant were very rude and tried to tell me how this was supposed to be done. She especially didn't like the fact that I refused to hang up until they faxed over my test results. Ultimately, I ended up talking to the office manager who was very nice and helpful after I explained my situation. The information was faxed over immediately. Unfortunately, the office manger never called me back like she promised so we could discuss the whole professionalism of her staff. This clinic used to be very nice, but as of late, they only want to work on those things that enable them to bill the fastest and easiest for max profit. They no longer want to deal with longer term issues that need thought and effort. I now know why their foot specialist went to a new practice, he wouldn't buy into the business mentality of cookie cutter medicine. If you just need something quick for that yearly flu, they are your team. If you need a doctor who will need to think and work to provide long-term care, go somewhere else.
