Anything on the rifle range without range master permission is one round. Pistol range is full mags but no double tapping.
Pistols can have fully loaded magazines on the pistol range.
If you're safe and actuate with your weapon you usually won't be bothered loading full magazine's
The only exception is if you're playing in a 5 stand game with shotgun, you're allowed to chamber 2 rounds.
The pistol range is limited to 5? rounds at a time, with a pause between shots. They do not allow rapid fire. You can get away with loading two rifle rounds at a time, but with a pause between shots.
All weapons . Automatic rifles are illegal in WA. You can shoot with a 1-2 sec pause between rounds.
Automatics a forbidden. Semi-automatic and bolt action rifles are restricted to one round at a time in the magazine. The exception is .22LR which can be a maximum of five rounds in rifles. I haven't been on their pistol range in 30+ years, I do not know the current rules.
