It's $9 per year for a standard, most renew for 6 years which is $54. The enhanced product adds $4 per year if 6 yrs then $24. Total for enhanced $78 Standard drivers lic $54 If you are transferring from out of state there is an additional $35 application fee.
Depends on what kind of license you are getting. My wife and I paid $160 each for enhanced licenses that are valid for federal ID and domestic air travel in 2020. This is the same license that cost about $30 in South Carolina, where we moved from.
Not sure exactly how much it is to new a license but I know it is cheaper if you go online and you can use your old picture
