Had to take a trip from Union WA to Bellevue WA. The driver was great and called before hand to be sure of where to pick me up. Over all a fantastic taxi ride and if I need another ride, I will for sure be calling again.

The woman that drives these taxis is very very rude. I’ve driven a couple times and she seems to have a patience issue in which I’ve heard her snap and lose her patience on a phone call with an elderly woman who finally just called back and canceled her taxi ride. My little baby was crying when I called for a taxi, trying to juggle a few things at once and she snapped at me telling me she “couldn’t hear me over all that screaming” and not in a nice way. Upset because this is the 2nd time I’ve heard her snap and that’s how she talks to people? Watch out! I’ll have a car again soon, I’m in a very temporary bind... but to those who have to deal with this rudeness all the time with no choice, I’m so sorry for u. She obviously feels like she can be horrible to people because there’s only two taxi services around here.
