No. Everyone in the house has to meet the dog and if there are any other dogs they have to see how they get along too.
Yes. If PAWS dosent have intake records, they are vaccinated and evaluated for other disease and injury. A full evaluation by a private vet is still recomended. They are neutered if necessary. They are also given a general temperment evaluation.
They didn't do one with us when we adopted our puppy in July.
