So my physical therapy referred me to this place as their masseuse was back loged.My nurse TALKED with their scheduler and made an appointment for me. Not only did she give the wrong date AND time , she doesn't even know when her job OPENS! She said 8 am, no one opens at that time. So I got up early, drove thru traffic, for my 8 am appointment. They don't open till 9!! So I drove back home thru traffic. I'm letting my physical therapy to not recommend this place if they don't even know WHAT TIME THEY OPEN!! So unprofessional and a joke! AND now as a response they blame me for not answering my phone?! They just texted me and blame me!? My appointment WAS VERIFIED by my nurse and they are blaming me for their incompetentce !? Soo unprofessional!!
