If this was a new snake and you are not comfortable moving it from feeding box to cage I wouldn't move it for at least an hour after it consumes its prey. Give it enough space to feel comfortable to swallow down to its stomach. Once its far enough down it should not be a regurgitation issue.
If you are asking whether to move a snake immediately after feeding it in a secondary container, your answer will vary by snake as some are more sensitive to being handled immediately after eating. Moving it should not directly harm the snake, but may cause it to regurgitate its food.
Yes?
Put the snake in its cage?
