Trails are all well marked - they are colorful coded too. It's family-friendly.
No tour guides. But if you want information, go by the visitors center in the main parking lot. They will be glad to assist you. If they are off for Easter, online there is great info as well. I am pretty sure the visitor center is staffed today. I know the park is open! They request that you stay on the main pathways. It's one of my favorite places in North Carolina!!! You and your family enjoy!!
I dont know if they offer guided hikes. We hiked on our own and it's pretty straightforward and easy to follow trails
