You're paying for the seat in the theater, so if he's going to sit with you you'll probably have to purchase a ticket for him. They do have disabled persons + companion seating available.

Following The Americans with Disabilities Act, if the person that is attending has a personal care attendant they would pay but the care attendant would not.

Yes, you will have to pay for him. The ticket is for the seating. There is disabled seating that is more accessible for those that may have trouble getting sound and they should have ear buds available for more clear audio if desired.
