Cozy, I am a regal unlimited member so usually there is a convenience charge for online/app purchases. You can go to the theater and purchase there to avoid the charge.
It goes both ways. I like to buy inside with the popcorn.
No but I like using the app. It's one less line you have to wait in and since you can see all the taken seats. You may choose not to go to a particular time if it's too crowded.
