I was there yesterday. The road from the Alpine loop is open. The road from Midway is not open. You can get there from American Fork Canyon or going past Sundance.

Cascade is open. You cannot get to the main access. They have that under construction or did two weeks ago on a Saturday (today I 7-8-19). However, they have another access point available with parking. The road signs will guide you.
