My guess is late march
I don't know if the springs are open for visiting during the winter months. Snow depths would make it a difficult venture. However, the Alpine Loop road connecting Provo and American Fork canyons is closed from the A. F. entrance to just above the Sundance Resort approx. late Oct to mid April which may affect the visiting schedule for Cascade Springs.
