There may be one at a private parking lot at E Pine St and Harvard Ave. If nothing else secured it in front of the East Precinct at 12th Ave and E Pine St. Good for a few hours.
I don't think that there is protected bike storage at the Capitol Hill Station, like at some of the other stations.
