There is the $10/month which is limited to the gym you signed up at and NO extra amenities. The $20/month allows you access to all the planet fitness area gyms, amenities like the hydro massage and tanning, as well as discounts for bottles beverages
I believe a contract vis required. I did get a flyer in the mail about two months ago for about $10/month
