Couldn't ask for better service, experience, both locations Tacoma and Fife amazing group of ladies even if there is a line, they are super fast and should a problem arise will give you the best advice how to take care of it.

The only person I like dealing with is Mary. I have over 8 registered vehicles and I am there quite often. Mary explains everything in such an understandable manner. She seems to know exactly what to do for every situation presented to her. I've dealt with the other employees there and they all seem to not care. Snappy with attitudes and always have to flag down help from other workers there. They word things in a way that confuses me. Mary makes my dmv visits enjoyable. Otherwise the business itself as a whole does great. They pump out alot of work. Lines move fast. Not very organized as to who is next. There are two lines. One for internet pick up and the other for walk ins. During my visit they shouted next. 3 of us in line all looked at each other and asked which line. The women in the back corner responded with "whoever's next". Not very professional.

Like they say , your team is only as strong as your weakest player. The lady on the phone was the nicest lady and so helpful and informative. When I went in to the location, I got the rudest younger lady that was unhelpful and I feel that I was pushed out. I feel that this place must have one nice lady, maybe more but not with my experience. 5 stars to the lady on the phone and Thank You verymuch

Jolene was amazing. We bought a car out of state and was moving back to Washington. She informed us of the used tax of the vehicle and the steps I could take with the department of revenue to get those costs accredited. She was so helpful, informative, and intelligent. She was also very personable and funny and easy to communicate with. She made this whole experience that can be extremely stressful as a young adult and walked us through everything making sure our problem was 100% solved. Thank you so much Jolene your truly are a valued person and we appreciate the time you took for us.

It is not possible to know without having a lot more information. Please call us at the office and we can better serve you. Phone number is 253-212-1954.
I believe they only do vehicle and vessel licenses here. They are awesome though, even if they have a line they're super fast and help you with the best advice if any issue may arise. Tacoma and Fife location and open on Saturdays when no one else is so working folk can get taken care of too. Amazing group of ladies.
It depends on how old your car is or new
There are a few documents that work. The best is the certified marriage certificate (not the fancy one, the filed one). Check this web page for details. It's $10 in person and $20 online.
Saturday 9 to 1
No.
Yes we can help please bring in the placard you do still have and we will replace the other one.
You can if your ID has the same last name and or address as the current DOL record or if you have a permission letter from her stating she is giving you permission and includes year make model and plate or VIN # of vehicle. We are closed on Monday for the state holiday.
No we are vehicle and vessel licensing only
No. This place is for tabs, plates, Registrations, titles.
Proof it's yours and your id
You can do that online at www.dol.wa.gov or come into any sub agency and we can help get that done.
Yes!
Not for Drivers Licensing only vehicle licensing.
I had a somewhat similar situation before I moved from GA. I sold a second vehicle I had but had to wait for the the title to come from MI. So I signed it, once I got here in WA and mailed to the new owner back in GA. No problems.
We are not driving licensing we are vehicle licensing
The place we like is 733 River Road in Puyallup. They are fast and friendly. Open Tuesday through Saturday.
Bring money to pay for the renewal Have your photo taken Pass a vision test And bring your current id
What do I need to bring with me to renew my tabs
Yes, you can do it online or go into the office. You will a copy of your car title as well. They will odometer reading form there. But be prepared sticker price shock. It costed me over $430 to register my 2017 Prius.
Don't go here, the staff is ridiculously rude. Pierce County Auditors instead. The staff there is actually helpful, even if the wait is a little longer. You'll end up making 3 separate trips if you use this place.
