Warning! You must check your insurance to make sure how much the cost of service could be and how much your insurance could cover before coming to this place. Do not trust them! I asked the front desk twice about the cost and insurance as I don’t want to pay a big cost. They told me that everything is good and my insurance covers my daughter’s skin care services( a common teenager acnes). Then received a bill via email with $232. I was shocked of the cost( no running test, nothing special, just look at give some diagnoses about acnes, I pay the acnes medication separately). I called them and they said that the front desk do not give answers regarding insurance and cost of service. It is fine but why they just be honest and told me that they don’t know. It is okay to say No but please do not give a wrong answer and then sent a surprised bill! Cascade! Patients have “the right to receive a good faith estimate explaining how much medical care will cost” ( No Surprise Act, 2022).

I was treated with friendliness and respect. Everything went smoothly and was in and out in a couple hours. I was given clear post surgery instructions and left feeling cared for

I can't believe Multicare would work with or refer me to this clinic as this was one of the worst health care visits of my life. Dr. Ogawa told me I had liver cancer by barely palpating my armpits! More like a quick swipe. Also she cut too large of a biopsy of my genitalia and froze a spot on my face before I knew she was coming at me with the ice gun. Now I have a scare on my face.. Also the girl who did surgery on my arm smelled of strong body odor and had no people skills while she was chatting with her nurse and cutting the flesh off my arm. The pain shots for that surgery hurt worse than any shots I have ever had and barely worked, as they admitted that there pain killer was a bad brand etc.. ughh. stay away......

Schedulers don’t schedule you accordingly, causing many office visits. So you are stuck paying your co pay. Even after the DOCTOR AND MA instruct the front office to refund your co-pay. You then wait 30 more mins for the supervisor to come out & tell you the doctor said that by mistake that that’s not their policy & that you need to schedule another appointment when you have a nother question for the doctor you saw less than 90 seconds. Very poor service for a specialty office. Take your dermatology needs & referrals elsewhere. They are after your money and customer service & training here lack….

Yes we treat spider veins on legs with Asclera injections. We also have a laser treatment in our UP office for veins in other areas of the body.
I am sorry, but I don't know. I used to work in the surgical department. You would need to look at the website or call an office. Sorry I couldn't help you.
Yes they take Tricare.
Pretty sure they're closed Easter and mothers day, and fathers day.
I know and swear by Dr. Hirota. He has put an end to my 46 year skin condition. Hundreds of doctors have tried, and he has a handle on it in only three visits. Havent had a flare up since.
