If it's a service dog yes. If it's not a service dog but it's well behaved and not causing a scene barking or anything while you're in the store they probably won't say anything. I've seen this happen all the time. People treat them like kids, as long as they aren't barking, lunging, biting, etc. no one will pay attention or make a big deal out of it most likely. You're probably fine to bring them.
