I live in a 4 bedroom here and we are aloud 2 parking spaces. If you are a guest there are designated parking spaces and you have to register your car when parking and can easily do so with your smart phone by scanning the code or going to the website provided on the sign you park in. It will have u register your car. If you fail to do so you will receive a big bright warning sticker on ur window requesting you either move ur car or register it. Hope this helps.
If you have more than 1 car you’re screwed, no matter how large of apartment you get. The will tow it. Lousy place. Don’t rent here.
I'm not sure u know if u stay in a 1 to 3 bd you are allowed 1 space and 4 and 5 bd are allowed to have to spaces
