Staff is better than it was but there's a couple of creepy people who work in there and Melissa the supervisor is not very friendly at all wouldn't crack a smile if you held a gun to her head

Went in for a wash, trim and blow dry. Guy was nice enough. But it seems they are short staffed and he was rushed. When he dried my hair it looked a mess. And I was charged $30. Was only a trim not even a cut. I can’t find the pricing online anywhere to confirm I wasn’t charged for a cut and style because I look like a poodle after the dry.

had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. and showed up a little early to find out that my hair stylist she had gone to go get a covered vaccine, while I do not have a problem with this and I believe in this fully!! However I do think that I should have gotten a call or some kind of notification because I do have quite a drive to get to the location since they close the Kent location down. I waited around till a little after 11:00 a.m. and considered her a no-show I have better things to do with my time and I wish they would respect my time as well! I have been going to this salon for a long time, because of the poor service and now the long drive I will be finding another salon

You can walk in but making an appointment is best. I don't know how much it is for a dye but when I get a cut it's about $25
