My stylist was Hao, sorry if I spelled it wrong. She was so sweet and took care of me. I'm a curly hair girl so my length is everything, I came in with straight hair and desired a minimal trim (just enough to help my hair grow long). She did exactly what I asked, she was careful and not scissor happy. I appreciate stylist like this because they're a diamond in the rough. I will be going back 🤗

I have been coming here with my kids to this location for several years & have always been happy with their service & professionalism. However this last time I left extremely upset. The person who trimmed my hair not only basically called me a liar about my natural hair colour (I use colour enhancing shampoo or conditioner from time to time to brighten up my natural colour). She even stated that my hair clearly looked dyed, while bragging about her “virgin hair”. I told her I had just used some colour enhancing conditioner in fact, I also asked her not to spray conditioner into my hair as I had already washed, conditioned, and put leave in conditioner in my hair. She seemed annoyed. She even argued with me about using a brush on my hair versus a comb. Also actually looked up who cut my hair last, so she could counter when I said usually they allow me to detangle my hair. Basically it was a horrible experience from beginning to end. FYI this is my first time ever leaving any sort of review for any business. I even had to create an account to do so. Maybe she was having an off day, I still left a generous tip, but it upset me for the rest of the evening. Very sad 😔

I had been planning to get my son‘s haircut for a while but he never wanted to get it done. We happened to be in this shopping center when he said he was ready and I found this great clips. We walked in and Nina was so helpful and amazing with him! My son is only two and was smiling the whole time. It’s haircut turned out great and we will definitely be back!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
