I had a terrible experience living here. Probably the worst apartment I have ever lived in. There was mold on my ceiling from an upstairs leak and they took almost 5 months to fix (only got fixed because I reported them). They also always have piles and piles of trash outside the complex, and tried to illegally evict me which only got resolved because once again I reported them. These apartments are nice on the outside but are absolutely terrible. Definitely do not recommend moving here.

The all year round pool is always closed almost every other day and it’s included in your rent

I have lived at Promenade since June 2020. We, 6 kids and I, had become homeless during the pandemic. What a nightmare that was. Promenade was patient with the process, learning to do everything via computer ect. Since moving in I had a great experience. I have lives all over WA including "Murder block" 216th and Pacific Hwy. I feel like Promenade gets a bad wrap. It is definitely a place for families so if you don't like kids don't move here. Maintenence is on top of things, office staff is communicative and helpful. The amenities are nice even though our family has only used the pool. I feel safer here then when we lived in Redmond. At the end of the day it isn't where you it is how you live. There will be good and bad everywhere. You have to make your house a home. Someone's bad experience can be your happily ever after. My kids and I love our home, we love the people, schools and just actually have a chance at a normal life. I thank Promenade for all their patience and acceptance. I refer it to anyone looking.

It is a well maintained complex. Very nice ammenties. The main building/office has a beautiful set up from an indoor basketball court, weight and workout room. It has elliptical and treadmill and various equipment. There is a Jacuzzi and they have computers for the tenants to use. The meeting room is spacious with an adjoining room. I've seen only the 3 bdrm/2bath - which was very spacious. Nice new appliances, microwave, balcony, shelving in closets, and cupboards that can't slam shut. I was impressed with the whole place. It is a gigantic complex. Outside was a separate area with picnic tables even.

Thay are new apartment and town homes
It's open but trust me you don't want to live here. Cars are vandalized rules are broken and management does nothing unless u park in the wrong spot you get towed

I believe they do take section 8.
No
They do with a fee
I live in a 4 bedroom here and we are aloud 2 parking spaces. If you are a guest there are designated parking spaces and you have to register your car when parking and can easily do so with your smart phone by scanning the code or going to the website provided on the sign you park in. It will have u register your car. If you fail to do so you will receive a big bright warning sticker on ur window requesting you either move ur car or register it. Hope this helps.
Bus within 2 blocks of apartment buildings
Hazelwood and Lea Hill Elementaries, Rainier MS, Auburn Mountainview HS. There are a good amount of restaurants and a grocery store at the apartment complex directly near it and more just a ways down the street in Kent
Last time I checked they were still under construction, go to the website and look up the phone number and give the rental office a call.
