Terrible, bad experience in dealing with Comcast customer services. Phoned them, too many branches from one point to another and finally made into Mexico. I called to local here, not to talk to oversea. Hope one day will be a new company to choose from then definitely i’ ll dump Comcast in a wink. Sick of their customer no service.

Just the remote is fine .. if u want to test it there in the store u can bring dvr .. but its not necessary
