We were trying to switch over my wife's cell plan to Xfinity. This place tried to install a new sim card on my wife's phone. They BROKE the sim card reader, and instead of making her good right there on the spot with a replacement, they had her go to a DIFFERENT cell phone repair shop, where after 1 week we are still waiting for my wife's cell phone to be fixed. Inexcusable customer service. EDIT 6/15/2022: After explaining the situation with the store owner, he reimbursed us for the cell phone repair and then a little extra, and credited it to my wife's Xfinity account. Not an ideal start but at least he came in with a make good. Raising the review score.

I HATE going to Xfinity but my latest trip was a true pleasure. In and out in 5 minutes, problem solved. Until I got home. Xfinity activation is HORRIBLE! Store = 5/5. Activation is 1/5.

We wanted to transfer the account and so both of us dropped by the office, submitted the requested documents. We were told the change should reflect in the next month's bill, no receipt or reference number was provided. Three months pass by, no change was reflected. We then called the customer support and they asked us to visit a store, upon clarifying that we had already visited the store, they said the change will reflect in another month. After a month we receive an email asking us to submit the docs again. The store had one request from us and they couldn't follow up on that. Frustrating.

Super helpful folks at this store was able to drop equipment and make changes to my account in less than 10 minutes. Lots of great hardware to choose from if you need a new mobile device or a smart lamp. Definitely coming back.

Because they only care about one thing. Getting the dollar in your pocket into their pocket.
Till last year I was using xfinity and the CC was good, every time I got hold of CC executives who helped me to solve any issues that I had. Not sure what happened now, try calling local store, that might help
That should be possible. Check with xfinity customer care for most appropriate confirmation.
I was there yesterday (8/19/2020) it us open, you just need to call and make an appointment.
Yes, they do.
No but you can ask for one for free if you have service. I have a few times same with HDMI cables.
Terrible, bad experience in dealing with Comcast customer services. Phoned them, too many branches from one point to another and finally made into Mexico. I called to local here, not to talk to oversea. Hope one day will be a new company to choose from then definitely i’ ll dump Comcast in a wink. Sick of their customer no service.
