Why can't I call a comcast store directly to find out if they have phone in stock? Why does comcast make every little thing harder than it needs to be as well as providing the worst customer service and custmer experience of any company in America?

I can understand that Comcast does not want the local stores inundated with phone calls, however, would be reasonable for the National customer support rep to be able to call for you, ask the question with you on hold, then get back to you with the answer within a couple of minutes. I agree that Xfinity Mobile customer service is terrible. Hopefully as the business maturers the knowledge base of the Reps will be broadened.
