Because they only care about one thing. Getting the dollar in your pocket into their pocket.
I can understand that Comcast does not want the local stores inundated with phone calls, however, would be reasonable for the National customer support rep to be able to call for you, ask the question with you on hold, then get back to you with the answer within a couple of minutes. I agree that Xfinity Mobile customer service is terrible. Hopefully as the business maturers the knowledge base of the Reps will be broadened.
