Is keeping two pairs of angelfish in the same aquarium a good idea? Mine seem to do a lot of fighting. Shall i spilt them up?

I planted my aquarium with something my less aggressive angel can go to and there is more peace between them. One retreats for a minute and the other moves on. I have no more issues with them.
