I have guppies and I have a super hard time getting pH, gh and kh right I switched to alkaline purified water, we use conditioners of course. Has anyone else had luck with this

Super acidic like around a six and not much over. I actually started using aragonite and that has stabilized everything and beside getting Velvet from Petco guppies everyone is doing great.
