I need some help, I have a 40 gal breeder planted aquarium. It has been 9 weeks now and the tank is refusing to start the cycle... I’ve had 14 neon tetras, a betta, 4 Corydoras, and 9 snails in the tank for the last 3 weeks. Still nothing...

What are the parameters? Ammonia Nitrite Nitrate What filtration do you use? How often do you do water changes? What percentage of water do you change? How many / what type of plants?

I have found that if you have fast growing plants and a small amount of fish like you have that the tank never shows nitrates my 55 is always 0 ammonia 0 nitrites and 0 nitrates I use easygreen to feed my plants as I don't have many fish 5 cories 5 neon swordtails and one angel fish and I change my water every two weeks
