Are you a trump supporter? Orange spots often appear when over exposed to racism. It is common though, try donating money to the Warren or Sanders campaign, and it should clear right up. 😊. Just kidding, it is probably what Eric said.
Ive only ever experienced "ick" with my fish. If you have cichlids, those may be naturally occurring spots.
