I have a bad case of ick in my tank with several live plants I was wondering if I use a tablespoon of salt for every 10 gallons a long with medicine will it kill my plants. I have no place to put my plants anoI'd like to save them

Get a 10 plastic bin as a hospital tank. I don't remember Corys recommendations for treatment, but he has multiple videos on medical treatments.
