You CAN go there to order a replacement. As Dwight said, be sure to bring valid Photo ID or sufficient documentation to prove your identity. Check their website for a list of these approved documents. OOOORRR if you're going to their website anyway... ***DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN ORDER A REPLACEMENT ONLINE??? It isn't so hard to do and in approximately 1 to 2 weeks, you should have your replacement. I just did it myself. Fast and painless!!
