Definitely a place to consider on whatever the spectrum your on, needing housing or wanting to help in some kind of way. This is the place, "Housing is just the beginning… the first step to building hope and transforming lives. We envision a day when every person has a home and a better quality of life." And the work done here reflects every commitment to the vision.

Communists doing what communists do. Sit on their high perch and try and tell everyone else what to do. Their business model doesn't work because as people do better Plymouth housing does worse. Sociopaths and liars at best.

Plymouth housing group does not stand by their. mission statement. I live in one of the buildings , and have been repeatedly harassed and bullied by male tenants on my floor. I have reported it to staff they tell me to stay in my room. I have had to call SPD over 10 times in the last year and a half on three of my neighbors for attempting physical harm to my person or because of other harassment while they are either 1 off the meds they take for mental illness , 2 because they are very high or drunk and think its okay to come into my room uninvited. All 3 tenants have either been arrested for hate crime or for physical attacks on my person, or admitted into a hospital for mental health reasons. on 10 29 2018, one of the 3 Ive had to call SPD on finally was able to get his hands on me. On 10 25 one of my neighbors walks into my room rubbng himself staff did nothing however on 10 30 2018 placed a 10 day or comply stating I was harassing tenant from the court yard and was yelling at staff. I did yell at staff and I did tell them the ignorance and down right unprofessional way this build is now being managed was a direct violation of Plymouth Housing Mission statement. not to mention the VAWA. Plymouth housing group is a great org., this buildings management lacks in ways that are to numerous to count. I have taken the steps to once again request a move with another note from my Dr, stating this is not a healthy nor safe place for me to live. Staff has continued to confuse me with another tenant on the 4th floor whose first name is the same as mine and whose last name is close sounding to mine however spelled with a C not a K. This was brought to my attention while renewing my lease I had to show my drivers lic, to I wasnt that person, her violations have been going under my name. The tenant they confuse me with is a raging drunk how is very violent when she is drunk. She causes a lot of problems up there on the 4th floor, which you need a key to get to and I dont have one. So, how do I someone who cant stand the smell of beer or whiskey, and doesnt drink ever get up there and reek havoc whilst drunk. Nothing is being done staff has been told by other staff to not speak to me and to log everything I say. I was told this by another staff member who is sick of the way this building is being run. this isnt the first time staff was aware of the harassment Ive put up with here. The case management person here told me that I DONT HAVE PTSD and if I do, I use my PTSD as a crutch because weve discussed the harassment from the male tenants on this hall plenty of times before and that Ive have never yelled like this at them, I stated well the guy hadnt got his hands on me and now he ha and its messed with my emotional and mental health, in said meeting with building manager case manager and case managers boss said case manager stated the whole you dont have PTSD and if you do you are using it as a crutch in that meeting and also staed that they felt grand standed by me......wow yep, all true.. so here I am trying to stand up for myself and getting road blocks set up by the org. that is supposed to be a safe place to heal and live...Only to be mentally pushed down and allowed to be harassed and abused by other tenants on my floor. I have many tenants in this building that are witness to the bs Ive had to put up with from my neighbors and staff. I have reached out to the higher up within Plymouth only to be told its staff word against mine. I dont even know what the heck that means. I dont need to defend myself because I have done nothing wrong. I have no crimnal histroy nor do I have a violent histroy. The fact of the matter is they have neglected to protect me and have thrown the Mission Statement out the window here in this building. I am once again requesting a move. The staff does not have the best interest of the tenants in mind. The facts stand by themselves. The calls to SDP speak volumes. Once again I am a female tenant of Plymouth Housing, and I have been continually harassed and attacked by male tenants.

Do you ever allow tours of facilities?

Steve Roberson | Aug 11, 2022
S Coston | Aug 12, 2022

As a general rule they don't do tours of the buildings. People are living there and it would be disruptive to have strangers trooping through their home. For special events there are viewings of some properties, especially if it is a new building coming on line

No, Plymouth provides housing in Seattle.

Is there a waiting list for the housing

Alexander Bryant | Aug 11, 2022
Timothy Wolfram | Aug 12, 2022

Yes there is. All Seattle housing is now under one umbrella. I would go to SHA and sign up. Not sure how long the wait is.
