I would go to best buy and get the most expensive drone that they sold Then park some where near the park and wait till for the perfect time to optimize a detailed search of the park. Then I would write my results on pen and paper because 4G and WiFi are very rare in that part of the woods. Or you could always call the people in question and ask them when and when not there going to there. Mmmmm.
