The waitress was so helpful, respectful, and professional. The location was so beautiful. Right next to the water makes it a perfect place to eat on a sunny day. The food was a bit of in issue. The price was pretty high for the amount they serve. I ordered some "Boneless Chicken Wings", that turned out being Costco Chicken Nuggets. The Fish and Chips is worth trying, which is one of their best dishes. I would stay away from appetizers, due to the price and server size ratio.

Beer battered halibut for the win! Loved the back room, felt not as crowded at the front and my kid was so focused on the orca and ship scenes painted on the wall I read that this place has the best fish and chips ever and surely it did not disappoint. $5 Beers are all a nice touch too. The chowder on the other hand has room for improvement. The bowl came out lukewarm and the chowder under seasoned. They could probably warm the bowls before serving chowder in them. I think that's what zapped away the heat. And the chowder itself lacked seasoning - unlike the fish and chips that were spot on. Clearly made by separate folks. Overall a great spot if you're in the area. Marla went above and beyond to take care of us. She even gave pirate stickers to my little one. What a treat!

I read on their website they had great fish and chips so we went after visiting the tulip farm. Waited for a seat for 15 minutes, waited 20 minutes before they took our order, waited over 30 minutes for the food and quite awhile for the check. The food was okay but not great fish and chips (definitely not the fish that was pictured) and pretty pricey. The only plus was the outdoor seating.

Great little spot. Friendly staff, and they had house scratch made crab cakes today that were delicious.

I agree with Veronica, no complaints at all. I would go back there and recommend anyone eat there who goes to laconner!
We are open on Thanksgiving Day from 12-3 and only serve the traditional Thanksgiving meal. Best of all, it is free! If you do want to donate, we choose a charity each year to receive the money.
