My FIL was retired Army. My MIL passed before he did and was placed at Tacoma. When he passed he was put next to her and we were told that my husband and I could have our ashes placed with them if we wanted.
Yes there are many couples there they even add to the plaque
Yes. My mother is with my stepfather there.
