Hi Tom! We recommend booking as soon as you know your travel dates, as we do offer a discount for booking at least 30 days in advance, and tours, especially during the peak season, sell out often. As others have mentioned, our full calendar is available on our website and you can see exactly what percentage of seats have already been booked. Online system works well. Go thru the process, you can see what's available and when.

You really have to check availability on the website. It depends on where you are sailing out of. The website calendar will tell you how booked a particular sailing is at each of their sites. It's wise to check out the calendar and book early, not last minute.
