The best time ever. I will ditto Island Adventure's response response. We went to Anacortes in August and September and saw so many whales and so much wildlife it was an incredible experience both times. There is a naturalist on board that takes pictures as well as narrates the trip and you can always buy there's some drive with really really good photos for approximately $30 it makes for amazing memories.
Hi Jennifer! Great question –– March is an excellent time to see whales from both Anacortes and Everett. On our 4-5 hour Anacortes tours, we focus on humpback, gray, minke, and killer whales. From Everett (3 hour tours), we focus on migrating gray whales. Both departure locations come with our whale guarantee.
