I would go online and let them know what happened at it will be up to management but I've always known them to be more that understanding to customers in these types of situations personally so good luck
I did the same day when I left early and got a full refund on the Force Awakens

You would have to call the Theatre and ask the Manager, that is something that would be location specific on whether or not they want to allow it.
