Great place to watch a movie. Nice reclining seats; online reservations by seat location; great popcorn; theater, lobby and bathrooms are clean. Agree with a couple other commenters that sound volume is sometimes inconsistent. Also, the last time we were there one of the recliners was out of order. Other than those two small issues, this is our theater or choice.

I don't think I've ever been here. If I have its been more than 2 decades probably... So... The experience was brand new. This theater is really cool! The theme is airplanes it seems. The staff was great, the guy put half popcorn then butter, then popcorn then butter, which is pretty cool since they don't have to try that hard for you... This guy did and we appreciated that. The seats were reserved and leather recliners, very comfy movie for us!!

Leather seats are comfy, though not super adjustable. Volume levels are not always consistent. Highly suggest ordering your tickets online and using the QR code so that you don't get stuck in the lines.

Very comfortable movie theater. I recommend it for sure. Staff is very nice too. Proof of vaccination needed at the entrance. Need to wear a mask all the time inside the place. It has a machine to take funny pictures with friends or family. It also has some other machines for kids to play. The place looks clean and organized.

You have to call the individual theater
If you would go to movies more often if it costs less, then you need to look into buying Movie Pass. For 9.95 per month, you can see one movie per day, everyday, if you want to. It excludes 3D and is accepted, I haven't found a theater I would go to that doesn't accept it. I've seen over 20 movies so far, and several friends have also signed up. Movie Pass, either through FB or on their site. It's awesome.
Yes, any day before noon
they advertised it the last time i was there so they should.
You need call customer services.
Have a regal card & go in on Tuesday. Just have them scan your regal club card & it will automatically happen
Yes I believe so
Yes, they all recline
If you are referring to the ones purchased at Costco then no you can not do it online and have to go to the box office BUT be warned since I just purchased these and after verifying there was no mention of any additional charges on either the Costco website, Regal corporate website or the Regal Auburn 17 website I was shocked to find that they charge an additional $1.50 plus tax charge for each ticket being redeemed for a standard 2D show. If you like the stadium reclining seats then I would highly suggest going to the Cinemark theatre in the Federal Way Commons Mall since they are just as nice but MUCH cheaper and do not charge you extra surcharge for the Costco tickets. I hate companies that use bait and switch to charge me extra and have no idea why they hide the fact that there is an extra charge to use the Costco tickets except for they probably know if they did no one would buy them since can go elsewhere for much cheaper to get the same experience.
Is the show sold out? Some discount passes exclude new release, 3D and other "special" circumstances. See the fine print they might even be matinee only passes. Plus they almost never work on sites like fandango. The promotional ones I get at a different place will only work in person at a specific theater. Also see if they are expired thats another issue you might run into. In any case you can usually "upgrade" them in person and if they did expire they might be able to re-issue them in person. Good luck!
They haven't been checking for a couple of weeks now. I can't promise they won't start again but right now it's not a thing.
If you get the Regal app they will advertise 5.00 tickets for certain movies.
Yes, but limited selections. Basically popcorn, candy, drinks and nachos.
Yes, but most don't because only a few watching.
Regal Cinema at Auburn mall is currently closed
All regal movie theater s r shutting down until 2021
I've been watching, but have seen no word on reopening. Their website still says to keep checking back. Hopefully soon though. 🙂
No
All I can say is call them
Any age as long the movie is appropriate
Check fandango
Dont know, give them a call
Call or walk in ask only way I know how to get answers
Use the Fandango AP. It shows all movies playing at each individual theater and their times. You don't have to buy through them but the information is good.
Check IMDb.com
I dont know, but you can go to regal.com find out
Three fifty
Prices are too expensive for lack of quality & quantity IMO. Sometimes certain foods are not even available...but there are luckily a LOT of great places around theater (walking distance too) for grabbing a bite before or after a flik (or bring in with you!) 😊
I wasn't here i don't know
https://www.regmovies.com/theatres/regal-auburn-washington/0877#/buy-tickets-by-cinema?in-cinema=0877&at=2019-01-02&view-mode=list No "Roma" listed there, sadly. Only at select theaters. Google!
Unknown. Saw "Vice" painted an accurate picture of that Fascist Chenny.
It's one of the bigger screens at the theater.
Usually not in the first couple of weeks or if it is 3D,IMAX etc. Also, there is usually a $1.50 surcharge added for the seats. You may be able to use them but pay for the up charges.
Why was that question posted here instead of on their website?
Try hitting either ext. 399 or 0 when the auto reply comes on. If not your best bet is just to go there. They usually have a large amount of things in lost and found.
I recommend, you download the regal app or check their website for accurate prices.
Nope
Best chairs I have ever come across in any cinema and I have been to man U cinema in over 5 countries..they are recliner, comfy, with cup holders and adjustable. Best ever
Children under 3 are free EXCEPT in reserved seating and recliner locations is what their website shows.
Oops. Hope you don't have to drive there to clear it up.
I would go online and let them know what happened at it will be up to management but I've always known them to be more that understanding to customers in these types of situations personally so good luck
That is when the commercials and previews start
They are all reclining seats. Although not all work 100% of the time. Sometimes they are simply comfortable plastic leather chairs.
No, you either reserve and pay online or wait until you get there.
This theater is not affiliated with either of those organizations.
Never had to call them.
It should you can also check out what's playing at regal's Web page. It also let's you reserve movies and you're seat. The seats are so comfortable you can almost lay down in them.
If I remember correctly adults are anyone from the age of 11 and up and are I believe $12.50 each. Children I believe are $6.50. But just to be on the safe side figure about $15 per child and $25 per adult for tickets and food. But I would still avoid going to the cinema and recommend you go to the Kent Cinemas instead.
Tuesdays are $7.10 tickets
