Is the show sold out? Some discount passes exclude new release, 3D and other "special" circumstances. See the fine print they might even be matinee only passes. Plus they almost never work on sites like fandango. The promotional ones I get at a different place will only work in person at a specific theater. Also see if they are expired thats another issue you might run into. In any case you can usually "upgrade" them in person and if they did expire they might be able to re-issue them in person. Good luck!
You CAN BUT!! YOU might have to Pay a little more for the upgraded seats they put in recently!!
You can use them for any movie. They stopped restricting movies a long time ago. They are only good at the box office and come with a $1.58 charge per ticket ($5.25 if 3D) because it is a luxury theater with recliners.
Because the passes clearly say they are not good for every movie.
Odds are the fine print says no first run/sold out shows (first week or 2). You should be able to use them on a non 3d movie by new year's.
Because star Wars is new and most new movies don't accept passes.
Sometimes on new releases, the theaters won't accept passes until the movie has been out several weeks.
You have to use them in person. You cant use them online and there will be tax. It'll be about $3, you cannot use them for 3D either.
