Yes. Reserve online and a retail price will be listed for you, based on your type of site selection and date. There are also other fees and taxes, but those will be listed. There is always a mix of members and non-members.

Yes you can stay even if you are a non member. It was reasonably priced even with us not being members. We visited from outside the country and enjoyed it immensely
