If you guys are not going to answer your phone just say so on your page! Be honest and say: “ no to go orders over the phone” period!
The service is always terrible but the food when you get it is worth it. There is one lady who does a great job though for sure. The bar is the place to sit it's way quieter and better service but have to wait to even sit at bar? Seating lay out needs help. Not sure who the manager is been here a lot and couldn't tell you. At the end of the day the food saves it.

We had a similar experience with service. Took a bit to get started but OK after, not first rate but OK. Might be an issue.
Did you speak to the manager? I'm sure that was a one off experience but offers an excellent opportunity for the business to address training and standards
