This is a very comfortable place to have a bit to eat. The alcoholic beverages were nice. The employees were very warm and welcoming. Bathroom was clean. Very mixed crew of employees. The food looked great. Although it was very bland for my liking. I was expecting to bite into my catfish and taste all types of southern flavor. Not the case at all! The chicken I asked for it to come plain without the sauce. And like I knew beforehand the chicken was not seasoned at all. Just like original at wingstop. Anyway the food was bland but edible. I also thought it odd that instead of using salt and pepper shakers, (which don't cost much) they used small salt and pepper packets. They have a juke box, which told me that the nightlife may be pretty good. Other than the good being bland I loved this restaurant!! Make sure to bring some hot sauce with you! They have do have red hot 😆

So good!! We had the country fried steak and shrimp and grits!! Hands down amazing and the staff was nothing short of incredible. Did I mention my boyfriend proposed during breakfast with our friends and family surrounding us. The owner bought us a round of drinks to celebrate. So kind, great environment, excellent service and the most delicious food in Tacoma!!

Be prepared to wait! We had a party of 3 and waited about an hour on Sunday morning. The hostess taking names was definitely overwhelmed which is understandable. Our server was very friendly and patient with us despite the rush. I've been for lunch about a year ago or so and it was delicious as well. Everything was delicious well worth the wait. Not pictured- husband's catfish but the best I've ever had.
